One Love

One Love is a stunning 3-bedroom, 3½-bath home with a private pool. This bright and airy residence spans three levels and is thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of the breathtaking views over Rendezvous Bay.

Upon entering the home on the middle level, you’ll walk through a courtyard to reach the main house, which features the kitchen, living, and dining areas, along with a half bath and laundry room. The main house is surrounded on three sides by screened sliding glass doors and windows, strategically placed to maximize the views and natural light, creating a bright, cheerful, and inviting atmosphere. You won't need to worry about excess solar heat, as these rooms are kept cool by an efficient air conditioning system. Alternatively, for those who prefer the fresh Caribbean breeze, simply open the sliding glass doors to welcome in the gentle trade winds.

To the left of the main house is one master bedroom, while an exterior staircase leads to the second master bedroom on the upper level. The third guest bedroom, along with the pool and pool deck, is located on the lower level and can be accessed via two sets of stairs on either side of the main house or by a gated path from the driveway. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, an en-suite private bath, and a private balcony overlooking the stunning turquoise waters of the Caribbean below.

The L-shaped pool features an 8 x 8-foot sitting area with bench seats, perfect for lounging half-in, half-out of the water with friends and a cold beverage. One Love is beautifully landscaped, with vibrant flowers and lush vegetation creating a truly tropical setting.
