Reefside Villa is a spacious and elegant multi-level retreat designed to offer exceptional privacy for all guests. Each bedroom is situated on a different level, separate from the living areas, ensuring a distinct sense of seclusion. A unique feature of Reefside Villa is its individualized living spaces, with each room boasting its own style and personality, unlike many island homes where living spaces are combined into a single great room.

Upon arrival, you’ll park on the upper (third) level and enter through a gated entrance. A beautifully landscaped walkway guides you past the two upper-level bedrooms and down to the main (second) level. This level features the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a 500 sq/ft covered deck that spans the length of the living and dining areas. A private exterior stairway off the living and dining rooms leads up to the master bedroom, which is located on the third level in a secluded setting above the kitchen.

From the second-level living areas, exterior stairs descend half a level to the poolside cabana bedroom and then down another half level to the main house bedroom and a stylish office. The oversized pool and expansive sun deck are three steps below the main house bedroom and office. A path from the pool deck leads to a private man-made beach, offering excellent opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, and snorkeling.
