Carnival Beach House is an exquisite 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath beachfront villa, complete with a private pool and a Tesla Battery backup generator. Built in 2006, the property features a single-level main house along with a two-level, two-bedroom guest house to the right. The pool is conveniently situated off the main house deck, just a few steps from the guest house.

Designed and built by Glen Speers, a renowned St. John designer and builder known for creating classic Caribbean homes, including Mongoose Junction, Carnival Beach House showcases some of the finest stonework on the island. The beautifully crafted stone walls are a testament to the artistry that can transform a wall into a masterpiece. Another highlight is the covered lanai, an outdoor living room furnished with premium indoor/outdoor furniture, offering a perfect spot to relax while sheltered from the sun. For those who prefer basking in the sun, there is also a spacious uncovered deck.

The kitchen and bathroom cabinets, as well as the screen doors in both the main house and the guest house, are crafted locally from Honduran mahogany. Mahogany trim accents the doors, floors, and ceilings, infusing the modern design with a classic Caribbean charm. The island elegance extends to the exterior, with terra cotta-tiled deck space and custom light fixtures created by St. John artist Donald Schnell.

The guest house features a unique two-story design with two studio suites. Guests in the upper suite enter from a landing, while those in the lower suite have a private entrance via exterior tiled stairs. Both suites are just a few steps from the pool and main house.

One of the standout features is the solar panel system with a Tesla battery backup, ensuring continuous power even during outages. This reliable power source is a much-appreciated amenity for guests.
