The fully air-conditioned main house is located on the left and includes the living, kitchen, and dining areas, along with an interior staircase that leads to the loft bedroom and its private tiled bath. The two primary bedrooms are situated on the right, each on a different level to ensure excellent privacy. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and similar in size and amenities.

The pool and tiled sundeck are the heart of the home, offering all-day sun for those looking to work on their tan. For guests who prefer shade, there’s a covered deck off the front of the main house, as well as off the pool-level primary bedroom.
