Sunset Beach

Sunset Beach is a spacious villa with a unique layout consisting of three buildings spread across two levels. The upper level features the kitchen, living and dining areas, two bedrooms, and a hot tub, while the lower level hosts the pool, wet bar, sundeck, and two additional bedrooms.

The two upper-level bedrooms are housed in separate cabanas located just off the kitchen in the Great House. The third bedroom is situated on the lower level of the Great House, adjacent to the pool deck, while the fourth bedroom is located below the cabana bedrooms. Both lower-level bedrooms are accessed via an exterior staircase and walkway.

A covered porch runs the entire length of the villa on the upper level, providing ample space for outdoor relaxation. The lower level offers a second large area for unwinding by the pool and sundeck. The highlight, however, is the third recreational area—the vast blue Caribbean Sea—just a few steps away from your pool deck.
